Homeowners may also log onto http://homebuyer.corrigo.com for service requests and must obtain a user name and password from the Sales Office. Additionally, please know that the seller provides all original buyers with a one-year home warranty through Old Republic Home Protection. Any homeowners that have questions regarding their one-year home warranty should contact Old Republic at (800) 445-6999 or visit their website at www.orhp.com.

CAN A HOMEOWNER PUT ISSUES OR CONCERNS BEFORE THE BOARD EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETINGS?
Homeowners who are not able to attend the Board of Directors meetings may still put issues or concerns before the Board by sending or e-mailing a letter to the Board of Directors via Cannon Management. Cannon Management will publish any homeowner letters in the Board's management reports for review at the meetings.
